Founded in 2005, TFG is a fully integrated real estate developer and asset manager that develops and operates hotels, hotel apartments and food & beverage venues across various popular locations within the vibrant city of Dubai, including Dubai Marina, Barsha Heights, Business Bay and Jumeirah Village Circle. We currently have 5 properties in operation and a further seven under construction, and proudly own a premium homegrown hospitality brand – The First Collection – which leverages our company’s core strengths and formidable reputation.
