Our client Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is opening a new 500 bed resort in the centre of Marrakech. In line with the opening we invited 50 event and conference planners to a Moroccan cooking class at AVEQIA in London. Our starter was Briouates of goat’s cheese, sundried tomatoes and coriander. As a main we cooked & served Moroccan spice rump of lamb, smoke aubergine caviar, harissa and courgette stew. And as a dessert we had the famous Mövenpick ice cream.
